  1. ** Minimum hire period during weekends & public holidays is 6 hours for the Main hall & 3 hours for either the Dining or Small hall.
  2. When the Main Hall is hired, the Dining hall, Bridal Rooms & Kitchen shall be included at no additional cost. Dining Hall charges noted above shall only apply if hired on its own or with the Small hall.  In such a case, if the Kitchen is required, there is a one off charge of £150.
  3. Set-up time of maximum 90 minutes will be allowed free of charge over Weekend and Public Holidays and upto 30 minutes over week day hire.  Upto 30 minutes will also be allowed without charge for clearing up.
  4. Hall Hire for 'Prathna Sabha' - one-off charge of £250 for Main Hall ; £125 for Dining Hall & £100 for Small Hall.  Life Members of NVA (UK) can have free use of any of the Halls for this purpose for upto 2 hours.
  5. Paid up Life Members of NVA (UK) can have additional 2 Hours FREE of charge over the mimimum hour booking during Weekend (1 Hour in case of Dining Hall, Small Hall or Week Day hire). At time of hire, Life Membership to have exceeded 1 year.
  6. Additional charges may be levied where hire conditions have not been met.
  7. Navnat Vanik Association (UK) reserve the right to amend charges at short notice.  

Deposits for Hall Hiring:

£1,000 Refundable after the event.  In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.  Any damage to the property or cleaning charges incurred will be deducted from the deposit.  If the deposit amount does not cover the charges, additional amount will be payable.  Full hire charges are payable latest by one month prior to the hire date and will not be refunded.  The hirer should take adequate Insurance to cover all liabilities and submit the policy copy to the Hall Secretary prior to event date.  Please contact the Hall Secretary for Insurance charges.
